In the Peaceful Practices small-group coaching program, I’ll be drawing from what I teach my therapy clients. I designed this course because I have seen the transformation my clients have experienced as they have learned and implemented the skills and techniques I will teach you.
Through this online coaching program, I can offer you these peaceful practices no matter
where you live.
I have been providing therapy, consultation, and coaching for
over twenty years and have worked with more than two thousand clients of diverse ages, backgrounds, and cultures.
I will be working with you in a personalized, live weekly course,
and will offer live question and answer “office” hours so that you can feel supported throughout
the whole program. I look forward to helping you develop the skills to live a more
peaceful, serene, and joyful life.
Throughout my career, when providing therapy, and training, I have been passionate about
helping my clients, community members, and other professionals learn how to reduce stress, find more enjoyment in their lives, and feel more connected to
themselves and their loved ones. Through meditation, mindfulness, yoga, and self-care, I practice

This course is a live online weekly small group coaching course with a small cohort of fellow members.
This program will be a class format that is only interactive via Zoom chat during the live sessions.
7 weeks of interactive live one-hour classes, plus live bonus week live Q&A and laser coaching.
We'll meet every Monday from March 13th, 2023, through May 1st, 2023.(With bonus week)

all the material. Even if you cannot attend a class live, you’ll have access to replays as well as all the course content.
